Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed.  Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.

**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.

**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

"it seems like even though it can be tough, you girls still have fun." I agree too! We do the best we can with what we have. It'll be tough but you'll learn new ways to fit in time to spend with each other and have some fun :)

hey ladies. my fiancee does not go to bootcamp until oct 4th but i have been getting so excited! aftr bc it is off to charleston =] well be married by then. we have a 4 month old baby boy, jack. I cant wait to start this adventure. it seems like even though it can be tough, you girls still have fun.

Thats so awful her hubby asked YOU to watch his lady for the next week. i dont know the situation but as far as im concerned, if some one cheats on you, you should not waste your time, thats just awful makes me sick when i hear stories of women cheating on their sailors, soliders and marines, i couldnt ever imagine wanting to be physical with anyone on else. gross. we have enough to deal with dont obligate your self to baby sit her. =/

i was thinking, and how is it for you guys when he has to go to school in the morning, the reason i as is, is the housing on base far away from where they will have class?im just concerned he will be late, we will only have one car, do you guys drop them off?
is there a must list as far as house hold items that some one might not initally think about when moving there? lol like a mirror, or you know extra lamps, fans? anything you wish you had that you forgot? all the tips and advice are much needed =] thanks for answering my silly questions.

Casey - yeah thats what i did instantly when you said i need a washer and dryer. my fiance was all oh we can just go to the laundry mat for a while.. i was like "no darling, ive lived a spoiled life, i need to do my laundry in the comfort of my own house, and im already giving up alot, not that too " haha thanks casey,hows the weather in SC today? here in Cali it started big thunder and lightning it was amazing

you have thursday Girls group!! that is amazing! so i need some help and maybe you guyswill be the perfect ones to ask.... im coming to charleston the first week of april and i am in need of a photographer, we are taking our engagment photos yay!!!
but since i am only coming for the weekend i want to have it planned out before hand...if you guys know of anyone, and fairly decent priced, i would love to know or some one who would be willing to take pictures on the beach...
oh and any restruants you guys like in Charleston?
Casey- congrats on his graduation from power school in march!! that is so exciting!! Mine will graduate A school in August, the joy of an EM lol
