oh yeah, speaking of Pensacola...lived there when husband was a flight instructor In Milton. We owned a home in Navarre.. the best beach I have ever seen in the contiguous states for sure! sugar sand and emerald water. Lots of fun can be had in that neck of the woods!

Lala and vickimed, thanks for the invite. (It was thrilling and a joy to see you guys through skype!!!) I was going to try to move on from this site but wanting to stay in touch with all of you is keeping me here...

soooo, guess I am renewing my membership?? so happy to see all the new pictures coming through and great to hear how everyone's weekend went...good or bad, I am sure it was a moment in time you will always cherish and will always remember..when the sadness of certain moments fade, you will be left with a wonderful memory of watching your young man/woman come marching in! Worth everything, right?

It is so nice hearing from them several times a day. Welcome back to the texting world lol.... I miss writing letters every day. :( I think I will still write a couple times a week. And I have to get a web cam very soon. It won't be long until she is on a ship and I will need it.

Hey, queens! We were late getting to the Ramada but it sure was nice to meet the girls I got to meet. Joella, I'm so glad everything worked out for Dustin (and you). I'll be here reading and posting when I can. The journey travels forward.....

I am sure after what they have been through it really seems like freedom lol, don't you wish you could be a fly on the wall and just sit back and watch them grow into amazing adults?

I'm not for sure about the pizza, but he said he tried to talk her out of buying a phone..teasing her about, hers would be there in a couple of days...she told him she had to have it..it was cute. Iknow so far he was pretty excited about everything since he has been there. I think they call it..FREEDOM. haha

lol, Bobbi, I find it hard to believe she survived without it for more than 7 weeks. It was so funny when she got in the car on Friday. She said man mom slow down, she was freaking out for no reason. I guess because she has not ridden in a car in so long lol. Did he go with them to get pizza yesterday? A bunch of them went walking around to check things out and their noses led them to Pizza Hut on Base lol. They are gonna love it there.
