MDM4 mom we almost missed our sons call on Saturday...luckily his brother never goes anywhere without his cell. He also is sick again. He says they get better, then they pas the cold around again. He finally went to the nurse to get something for the body aches and cough.
And I wonder why they added a week to the corpsman school? Well at least I think they will enjoy learning their field of choice. Did your son have medical training before the navy?

no medical training...he is a senior in college ...with a major in exercise science...

Pics of 175 are on the rtc facebook page! For todays date....the 175 flag is the first pic and then several more after! Yay! Saw my son!

C's Proud mom - That's Awesome!!!  So happy you saw your son...I am having trouble finding the right pics of DIV 175 - can you send me a link please or help me find them?  Thanks, Kathy

Saw my son too!!! Go DIV 175! Just sooooo happy...he looks so good...made my day!!! Now my computer screen is all smudged up with smooches :)

Thanks all for the heads up....I keep looking but my son's not in the pics of DIV 175...wish I could find him...

MDM4...Yes, congrats! That is great! I am sooo looking forward to friday! I am so proud of all our young men and women!

How wonderful and exciting!  Congratulations!!

MDM4 Mom - WOW!!!  That sounds like a huge honor....You should be very proud!!  Our son's are in the same division. I can't wait to get our call too...

Just curious, (and, I might not be correct with this) however, I read somewhere on the site or a blog that we are not supposed to post openly when the upcoming Battlestations will be held.  Have you read anything about that?  Somewhere on the site it said that if you do post openly about them, just click the x to remove the post.  And yes, good luck to DIV 175!

MDM4 Mom - Wow...that's awesome.  So sorry about your Dad - losing his battle with cancer. I am sure he would be more than proud of your son!!
