OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

I didn't see it on the left, but I did find it and tried. Totally missed. I'm having a heck of time navigating these websites for some reason. Is it my imagination or are there about five different Navy Training Command pages?

I think there is just the one but you need to hit F5 alot to refresh the wall feed.

Has anyone had a letter this week?  I had asked my son questions but haven't heard anything back from him.  I'm planning on bringing his cell phone & charger to give him at the airport but wasn't sure if he could have anything else.

I got a letter yesterday, but it didn't say much.
My daughter asked for her Ipod, cell phone, camera, and undies hahahah gotta have priorities.
Got a letter today wanted his cell phone. And to be sure our flights were late enough on Sat. that he could get his cell at the airport.
I'm defiantly hoping for a letter when I get home. It's getting so close!!!
Favorite undies are biggies for both guys and gals--they are so wanting out of the tighty whities or granny panties.

Got a letter today! I haven't received one in 3 weeks, and like all good mothers I checked with the sisters and the girl "friend"to see if he'd been writing to anyone, or just not to me.  You guessed it - he was writing to the "not really" GF!  Any way, thank goodness for Facebook...

He wrote about weapons training and firefighting and upcoming Battlestations. He said he'd be sending another letter with his request for stuff.  I'm guessing computer, cell phone, ipod - the usual.  It would be nice to know a little more about his travel schedule on Saturday, but we're staying flexible...

After only getting only one letter and a short phone call that I had to share with his Dad.  I am so ready for next Friday so that on Saturday when he flies out I will be able to give him his cell phone and hear from him more often.

I finally got a second letter (it seems the only ones he'll send are the questionaire ones). Says he wants his computer and stuff, cell phone and stuff, and civvies (and apparently underwear). What do they make them wear that's so uncomfortable?

It sounds like he's more looking forward to it being done than we are.
