Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Just got my letter from our SR made us so happy :)!  Heading to Great Lakes for the PIR in April and can't wait to see him.

yay!!!!  my son is the shorty in the front row :-D (poor kid comes by it honestly - i am only 4'7" tall LOL)  don't they look sharp!!!!  oh so very proud!!!!

Short was an advantage this time. LOL You got to see more of him than I did. I'll take his eyes and head anyday though!

That is my daughter in the back row right in the middle. It almost looks like she is looking at the camera. I'm so happy to see her!!

Just printed my gate pass...printed 5...I need one to carry around just to keep looking at it.  After seeing that picture last night, I am back to the part of this rollercoaster where I cry at the drop of a hat.  Come on April 13th.

did you see - the RTC facebook page posted another pic.... i can see all of adam in this one :-

YAY!!!  I saw my beautiful daughter on the RTC Facebook page.  She is the only girl on the Rifle Exhibition Drill Team.  They performed at the 3/30 PIR.  It is so great to just get a glimpse of her.  I am so proud of her.  I can't wait for PIR!

My boyfriend is in that pic. he is the comander of that drill team. It was so good to see him!
