If you want to see great 4/6 pics, especially band, send Facebook friend request to Karen Rich Sasway.

Well Ladies it has been 8 weeks since we started this journey with our sailors.  What a transition it has been for all of us.   My husband and I had a conversation of over 1 hr the other day with our son.  He sounded wonderful!  Our son will be going on to Washington DC from Great Lakes to be part of the Ceremonial Guard there.  We couldn't be prouder of this accomplishment for him.  We look forward to seeing him and celebrating with him his accomplishment this Friday in Great Lakes.  As I type this I am packing and looking at all the Meet and Greets going on while we are there.  I hope to meet you at some of them.  To all of you attending I wish you safe travels, if you are someone on here who can't attend and would like for me to try to pass a message to your son/daughter let me know, I would be more than happy to try to do that for you.

See you soon..............
