My son decided to call the x-girlfriend rather than us.  I am a little sad, but glad that she called to say that he sounded very happy.  Sounded like things were going really well.  We did receive a letter today, but would have enjoyed just a couple of minutes on the phone:(

no call so far

Same here:(

Well I guess I won't hear from him tonight or he would have called by now. Anyone got anymore calls?

No call yet.....Still waiting and hoping!!

me too even though I am slowly losing hope...lol

They received dental work today. They might have ended up in SIQ or the light work thing. Then they wouldn't have gotten a call.

Ok so now I know then why I didn't get a call because my SR had dental work to do. Guess I will have to wait for the next time and hope that he is doing ok. Congratulations to those who got calls. This gives me something to be happy about even though I didn't get a call.

I received a telephone call tonight and my SR sounded in great spirits.

I also received a letter from his best friend today, who left for GL a week prior to my SR and they both PIR on 01/06/2012!

Today was a good day :)

Hello everyone. Sory I had to rush out of town on a last minute trip and just got back last night. Unfortunately, I had no internet access where I was so I was out of the loop for a few days. Hoping that everyone had lots of letters and maybe even phone call. Seems like it has been very quiet in here though. Only a few more weeks to go....... yay !!!!!

By now everyone should be making hotel and other travel arrangements for that big day.

We haven't yet but we did decide to go for Christmas.  Big decision since it's an eleven hour drive and we are taking the other kids with us.  But I can't wait to see him.  The hardest thing will be to remember no PDA.  Does anyone know of anyplace in the area to eat that might be open on Christmas day?

I was wondering the same thing as far as where to eat on Christmas.
