Well, Ladies and RDC, I am now at my sister's house waiting for the morning so I can leave for GL. My son has now been in BS for 2 hours. I just hope all goes well, since I will be in GL when I get my call.
Any calls from 047, 048 or 802?

Jodia, I'm with ya! I need to do something! I still can'r believe that we are down to the hours! My son does BS tonight, so I know I will get little sleep worrying about him. I know I shouldn't. He is 20, but it's the mother in me! I will always be his mother and worry!
Good luck to all travelers! May we all meet safely in GL!

If anyone sees a weird red head with a pink Navy Mom hat on a backpack at MKE tomorrow, that would be me, so please feel free to stop me and say "HI"

I just checked both priceline and AA and so far, it looks like my flight is still set to fly in the AM. I set a flight notification to my cell phone. That way I will know in advance if there are any delays in my flight.
I think I am almost ready to head to my sister's. I just have to check my list. I want to make sure I have all the things my son wants and I have all the long johns packed!

Well, I have to go and pack. I am worried. I've only read one post about BS last night. I hope I can read more tonight.
Congrats Zack!

I just looked at the weather for MKE airport. I didn't see anything for weather related delays. The visibility is 10 miles. Tomorrow they are expecting 4-5 inches of snow.
I am landing around 10:30 AM in Milwaukee.

I'm trying to pack and read the posts. Any word yet from those who did BS last night? I am going to spend the night with my sister. She lives just a few minutes from DFW airport, so if the weather is bad here in Dallas, I am close to the airport. I also need to check with MKE. I just hate that the weather is so bad! My son knows how I hate winter, and I am beginning to think he did this on purpose! lol
Oh, well, I am going to be there come he11 or high water! (Or snow storm!)

Good Luck to all whose recruits are now sailors. I look forward to the posts from all the calls. I don't know if I will get much sleep tonight as my son does BS tonight.

Thanks for the weather update. I fly to Milwaukee in the morning. I better look it up to see if there are any delays!

I hate to give this up tonight, but as a teacher, I understand the "Homework" excuse to use the internet!
HCC, tell "Flojo" he better kick a$$ tomorrow!
