Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 051 and 052

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Anyone happen to here about the PFA or captains cup?? Just wondering how the guys did....particularly division 51. I keep telling myself that no news is good news, but, quite honestly, that's not cutting for me right now.

My husband said that he saw on facebook that 055 got Captain's Cup.

I know what you mean about the PFA and everything....I've been wondering about our son also. I haven't heard from him since Christmas.

Ahhhh. I will have to look at the fb page. Didn't think about checking there. Wonder if it was the PIR page or the RTC page.....oh well, I will find it. It looked like there would be two winners....one for the all men divisions and one for the integrated divisions. I don't know which divisions are which.

He saw it on the PIR page...I believe 055 is all men...I don't know which integrated one won though.

I found it. I am very happy for that division. I had been hoping ours would win, but I am sure they worked hard and had a good time. One more big event and our group is done...wow! What a journey it has been. Looking back, it seems like it flew by.
Oh :( ...... I wish for them, that they feel proud for themselves, because they did amazing. They are in this point, in the end of the way, because they put all their effort, their compromise, their soul, etc ... In this dream. I feel very proud about my son and all your SRs. and for their increibles Moms/ girlfriends/ wives, that never left them alone, every day, every minute we are looking for some news or something, that can calm our anxious. This page is the only way that we have to feel closer with our loved ones every day.

:) Yes, it is a very emotional time, and it is so good to be able to chat and share with all of you!

...??????? Integrated divisions ????

Integrated divisions are divisions that have male and female recruits in them.

The hubby is getting nervous about the weather in IL. We are leaving PA tomorrow instead of Monday...upside, we get more time to visit with his uncle and another disabled vet we know in that area! I am worried about the hubby and the cold. He has fallen 3 or 4 times within the last week. His back doesn't do well in the cold, but he is stubborn and refuses to take it easy OR let me take him to the VA ER! I hope everyone who is coming to graduation makes it safely. Sorry I haven't been on much lately. We've been on the road visiting his family since the 24th. I am ready to sleep in my OWN BED for a while! I hope we get to meet ya'll at graduation!

So sorry to hear how rough things have been for your husband with all this cold! Looking forward to warmer temps and seeing you at graduation! We had hoped to be heading out on Wednesday, but my hubby just got a notice for jury duty on Wednesday! They are supposed to give us a 10-14 day notice on that, not a 4-day notice! :( Just a little frustrating since we have an 8-9 hr drive!
