For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Please note! Changes to this guide happened in October 2017. Tickets are now issued for all guests, and all guests must have a ticket to enter base. A separate parking pass is no longer needed to drive on to base for parking.

Got a letter yesterday...their division is doing awesome...they passed the Marlin Spike which is their first big team test.....their division is down to 71 SRs.....they had their second PFA test.......more inspections......he seemed more positive than the letter before.....
We may have pictures of your sailors, If you got a call on Christmas that said they were in a church in Indiana, They were with us and we took pictures for you all to see, Navy for moms has to approve all the pictures so it will be a bit before the photos are posted otherwise I started a page on Facebook for you all to at this link if you have Facebook these pictures are viewable now :) hopefully you see your sailor! :https://www.facebook.com/groups/317793551584624/
Thank you so much, what a blessing to see my grandsons face. He looked so happy, and when he called he said it was wonderful to be there. i can't wait for graduation. He was in several of the pictures. I printed them all.
Just got a letter and if I figured the days correctly they are on 6-2 today....
My daughter is in this division...I am hoping to make Sarges meet and greet. However, our plane lands at o' hare at 4:30 and we need to rent a car and then find our hotel.I am not sure as to how far away our hotel will be from the Sundance. We are staying at the Country Inn and Suites. About 9 miles from the base. So I hope to see some of the moms here, however,we shall see.
Got The Sailor Call Yesterday Just coming off my cloud from talking to him hope everybody else got there call and all sailors passed looking forward to meeting as many as possible at the meet and greet!!
