Welcome to the Division Discussion for divisions 065 and 066.

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hi! My name is brittney and my Fiance is in this group(: So proud of him and all of the others! <3

Thank you FTLW for all of your hard work with all of these groups. I know from being here that we are all going through the same thing at the same time. A kinship. Makes me feel better.

Hi Brit and Brinsmom! Wondering where are the other Ship14's ?! My name is Leyann from CT, my son arrived the 20th-anxiously awaitng that first letter, have either of you received one yet? based on my prior exprience its has to be anyday now. My SR goes to Gulfport, Mississippi for A school, where do your SR's go?

HI Leyann, I'm Brittney and I'm from FL, My SR is going to Pensacola for A school. I am still waiting on my first letter as well, everyday i wait for the mail man to come and then see nothing in there from my SR:/ I hope to be getting a call from him this week sometime! Nice to meet you!

Hello! My daughter is on the same ship and division as your daughter.  Have you got a letter from her yet? I am waiting for that mailman everyday.... Hope she is doing good. We only got the I am here phone call.  It's been very hard waiting.... My daughter is going to A school in Pensacola FL as well.....

Also my Name is Connie and I am from Arizona.....

We lived in Glendale and know we live in Snowflake. Sara grew up in the state of Oregon.  I sent you a message to your in box today.  We got a letter today and I ran home to read it.... She is doing wonderful talked a lot about folding clothes..... which was never done at home.  I am not sure on the BootCamp and the PIR group. This is still all new to me.  I will check and see lol

Connie

Brit and Brinsmom- My other son went to A school in Penscola, he loved it. I never had a chance to visit him there. Hoping to be able to have the chance to go visit my SR when in Mississippi. No letter today...maybe Monday!

No phone call as of yet ...Boo HOO!  Really though today would be the day.

I thought today was going to be the day too! I just hope he doesnt call while im at work:/ and I'll be visiting there seeing how that is where we are getting married! (:

I beleive my other son used to call at night between 7p-9p, cant recall if it was weekday or weekend. Feeling tomorrow is our day for a letter!!! other divisions have started reporting they received the 1st letter friday and saturday!

Your SR typically gets to make one call and he decides which number number to call house vs cell. I have heard of some being able to make more then one. Keep you cell very close this week. They line up by height and wait in line at the pay phone, the RDC controls how long they can stay on.

My son is on Ship14 Div 065. Unfortunately thats all I know because everything goes through his wife and then filtered to me. I dont expect any phone calls, maybe a letter, but I will be at his graduation to show my pride. This website, forum makes me feel so much more informed, this is a whole new world to my family so I couldn't be more grateful for everything I learn!!
