Welcome to the Division Discussion for divisions 065 and 066.

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Yipppie Brit!!! I can't wait to get to my mailbox, hope I have a letter too!

Did you get a letter? I hope so!

YIPPPPEEEE ! I got TWO letters today!--RDC are very mean and yell alot, he passed his PFT's and swim test, has to have a wisdom tooth pulled, food is great, was able to dodge the "peanutbutter" shot due to an allergy he said the guys were rubbing their butts with pain from that shot-he thanked me for making him allergic to Penicillin and he was made Master at Arms for the division. I was hoping for a call tonight i see divisions leading up to ours where making calls tonight! Maybe tomorrow will be our night--keep the cell phones charged and close by !!!!

With Christmas coming up, I am really missing my SR daughter...... Do they get to call home for Christmas? Does anyone know?.

did anyone in 065/066 get a call? seems liked the calls stopped last night with 064. Sighhh...really need child contact tonight.

I am feeling your pain.... I need a my child contact too............... Have you gotten the call yet? I so hope for one soon..............

Hi, Got my 2 letters...The GF got 5 letters..lol. Its o.k though. I am sticking close to the phone today..In his letter he said it should be in one week for that phone call. MY son has been chosen for Recruit Petty Officer. He says it is very stressful and that they are getting better, but they are not quite there yet as a team. FYI...there RDC;s are Veteran's and Seabee's so they are going a bit harder on them then other Divisions...so he hears. Other than that its BC as usual. Tired, Getting yelled at, Tired, etc... O.k lets hope for that phone call. He also stated whom ever shines there boots  the best gets a phone call home on CHRISTMAS.

letters are great! happy you got yours 985cat!! wow a shiniest boot contest, bet they are all buffing away!! wondering if they told the recruits about the CT shooting? or pulled the CT recruits to inform them...im thinking not. Im not gonna mention it in my letters, he has 2 friends from there.. i dont want to throw his focus off. His brother on the USS Stennis was informed, the USS Stennis-posted on fb a message of prayers to CT. Sometimes its impossible to understand the world we live in.

I got my first letter!!!! I'm so happy he took the time to write me. I know he has his wife to contact as much as possible, and then his parents who live separately, so it's twice the writing to think about and their only time to do that they have to get their clothes ironed and shoes shined too. So I'm very grateful to have received my letter. He is doing well and is a Guide On, and thanks to Navy's for moms I know what that means. Love my SR recruit!!

Lzbrg22 wonderful! im so happy you got a letter. :)

Another Sunday, no phone-call...Really thought this would be the day. so disappointed, No rhyme or reason to anything.

Guess its back to the pen and pad for writing.
