OPSEC, OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmust importance. Please take the time to read the Opsec and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names are never allowed on this site. If it is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but discouraged as their RDC's read this site and can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture.

Congrats to these 2 new sailors of 909! Did anyone ask if all passed in that division? Now we wait to see if the two other divisions went through...
The RTC posted the Honors list for our PIR date...
Well I received my I AM A SAILOR call from my son, He said his Div 909 scored A 4.86 out of A possible 5.0. Way to rock it 909. We are so proud of them. Proud Navy mom.
I have had several people ask about sending flowers to the funeral. They prefer you make a donation in Chris' name instead of sending flowers. Her are the charities they suggested. Thanks
There is a very nice www.youtube.com tribute to Christopher. Go to the site and just put in: Christopher Andrew Walker.
Here is the obituary:
Dianne, Christine is the one who is going to hand out the ribbons for me and it is my understanding that she is going to take a pic as well. I look forward to see that picture too :-) She couldn't post the comment herself because she on on the flight right now :-) I also have a pic of all the ribbons :-)
Lala, will be praying for your father.
I hope someone takes a pik of the ladies with those white ribbons on at PIR in their division section. I don't know if there is a way to get it to Christopher's family, but I think it would be wonderful for them to know that their son/brother/fiance/grandson, etc was remembered that day. So if anyone thinks of it, please do that. Maybe you can post it on this site then. Hoping that maybe his family members will check back on here eventually and see it...
Safe travel for those leaving today! Remember, if you haven't done it already and I'm a Sailor calls may come in when your phone is off on the plane, change your voicemail to greet your sailor and ask that they call many times and leave many messages for you to hear when you land.
