Yes, my son is Ship 11 Div061, he left 12/7 from Harrisburg PA

Well, nice to meet you.  When my son gave me the "I'm here" phone call, he said that he would be able to write in 2 weeks which would be tomorrow.  I'm hoping that maybe by next Monday or Tuesday I get a letter.

Hello, my son is ship 11 div061, he left 12/6/2011 from Tennessee

Hi! Nice to meet you.  Where in TN are you from?  We're from Indiana, just over the state line from Cincinnati.

We are in Nashville, Tenn

I have friends in Mt. Juliet, TN.

Anyway, I came home from work this afternoon and found a letter from my son in the mailbox!  I was so excited.  We weren't expecting to hear from him for another week or so.  He sounds like he is doing good.  Oh, I can't wait to see him again.

Yes, my son left Seattle 12/7 and is Ship 11 Div 61

Have you heard from your son yet?  I'm hoping that they might start earning phone calls home this week.

No. Yesterday, Christmas, was rough not hearing from him. We are hoping for something soon. Haven't seen a letter yet either other than the initial informational letter. From what I read, I think they have to be there at least 3 weeks before the get phone privileges. Hang in there.

Has anyone in this division heard from their SR? Keep running to the mailbox after work...but nothing so far.

We just received a letter today. He said there is not much time to write. I hope you hear from your SR soon.

Got my first letter today, makes it a little easier, Hope others have heard from their SR
