OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Follow this link for OPSEC Guidelines:

We need to be friends on Facebook and then we can add you to the list. Find me in the Forum.

Barbydahlzz and Kimmic - you have to be friends on facebook with someone there.  So, if you aren't sure, go to the facebook forum (at the RTC page) and find someone to ask. . . DramaSoul and volunteered (!!).  If you still aren't sure, you can private message me here.  However, if you catch me here or on facebook, please tell me who you are here and such.  Otherwise, I'll be clueless and probably ignore you!  I just don't respond when I don't "know" who's asking!
