Welcome to the Division Discussion for divisions 109 and 110.

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Hello!!

Anybody in here?  Hoping there are some others in this same division, but since I haven't really seen any on the PIR 03/08/13 group, I'm not really expecting anything.  Have a great day everyone!!  I have a female SR who will be IT rating going onto Pensacola~~

Catmom509, my SR is in div 109, also an IT spec. Haveyou received a letter yet? I was hoping for one today but maybe tomorrow.
Hi CatMom509 my daughter is in Div 110. She'll be going to Meridian MS for A school.
CatMom, I noticed that you live in Fontana. I'm in Anaheim.
My husband is Div 109 :)
Hi, my daughter is in DIV 110
Has everybody received letters from their SR's? We haven't received any letters from our daughter. She called on Saturday and said she has been so tired that she just wants to sleep at night. Hopefully she'll have the opportunity to write on Sunday.
When I talked I my husband Saturday, he said his Div lost their privileges to write or receive mail last week, but if they did good on a test later that day, they would be able to write starting Sunday. So hopefully we will get a letter soon :)
CPfaff01. We also received a call Saturday. We have gotten 3 calls including the " I'm here" call. She said she has written but has not been able mail them nor has she received any. She also said that they are so tired that not much can be written.

Hello Everyone,

Nice to meet you all :-) (virtually)

I have a daughter Ship 3, Div 110, I'm in the same boat (ha), no letters yet. Although I've wrote her over 10 time already, talk about overload right. I was bummed out on Saturday because due to work project had to turn off my phone and missed about 4 calls from my daughter, was hoping she called back but nothing on Sunday.

I hope they get to call back this weekend or at least allow them to write, it is killing me to not hear from her, not even a letter. I'm hoping all the motivation quotes I mailed in her letter could hold her over, but if they are not even recieving their letters yet, hmmm not sure.

Patiently waiting near the phone this Saturday! All I could do is say a prayer for her and them all at this point!

When I talked to my daughter on Saturday she said they would be able to call every weekend. I hope that's true! Loved hearing her voice but a letter would be nice as well!
