Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 119 - 120

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Anyone else here from OR or WA, or have SRs who are Nukes? Can't wait to meet folks at the Meet and Greet! Has anyone gotten a phone call this weekend?

My husband is a nuke :) when is the meet and greet on Thursday? Also what time is the graduation Friday morning?

My son is going to be a Nuke, too. I believe graduation starts promptly at 09:00.

Hi, I am from MS. My son is in 119 division and made Master at Arms. Anyone get a phone call this weekend?

Hi, my son is in DIV 120, we are from Oklahoma (originally from NY and IN). We did not receive a call this past weekend - neither did his girlfriend...

My SR is DIV 120 too and the call came around 8:45PM EDT. He said there was a long line to make calls and wasn't even sure he was going to get a turn. Hang in there- you'll get a call.

@PacNWmom No phonecall over the weekend. But one of the ladies in another group for PIR 3/27 just posted her husband earned a 10 min. call.

Has anyone gotten letters yet from your recruit?

I got my first letter today!

I got a call yesterday.  It was great to hear from him.

I had an awesome conversation with my SR son this morning! It was only 15 minutes but, a very good call! He sounds like he has a cold, doing great on his tests! He had to do IT for a small issue, but he has learned his lesson. He can is on 4-2 day. Had been up since 0400! So good to hear his voice! I'm hoping everyone else had the chance to hear their SR's voice too!
