Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 121 and 122

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

We got a call too!

Congratulations to your son on being promoted!! :)

Hello,

I got a phone call yesterday evening. I was so happy, and I'm still happy to have finally heard my son's voice.  I did receive his letter last Thursday as well.  My son had his MRI, but he is supposed to see the doctor today to be told the result of the MRI.  He said he would ask to give me a quick call to let me know the result. So I'm hoping and praying it is good news, and whatever the outcome, I told him we'll get through it.  He said either way, he'll finish, whether it's on the 3/28 PIR, or later after he's healed.  He said he feels good, so he's hoping he'll be allowed back to continue physical training, as he'd been placed on the side since his knee incident.  I'm keeping my faith that things go well, & praying daily.

Hope everyone else's SR's are doing well.  And hoping I get to meet you all at the PIR graduation :).

My daughter is also in this division. I just found this website today...real Johhny come lately, here, lol with just 18 days til PIR. Yesterday I caught a two min video clip of a PIR and just the thought of being able to witness that moment and even just seeing her, made me cry. I have heard from her, but...I just miss her:) Hope to see some of you there;)

I just said yes, as of right now its a plan. I have to check in with the natives...son and mother are coming, and the coordination of everyone's needs is not a fine art yet:)  Just wrote my SR another letter, with a page full of pics. Is your family coming as well? Is that something you already posted and I need to go back and find, lol. Be patient with me, i haven't played with a site like this in a long time....lots, lots of links and threads.

Yay!!! You have a great day as well!

Hi Nubnjoy!  Kristie and I found out that our daughters are working on the division flag together!  It is so exciting to meet the Moms of some of the Recruits our daughters are with! Send me your daughters name in a private message and I will ask my daughter if she knows yours!  My SR is one of the SR Petty Officers so she knows just about everyone in the Division. =)

Sweet! I sent Kristie the msg, about my SR. I couldn't send directly to you, due to friend request pending. So excited that your daughter is doing such awesome things during her boot-camp experience!

look on facebook  Armed Services Blood Program Great Lakes.  Our division gave blood yesterday, perhaps your daughter is in one of the pics!

Looking forward to meeting everyone at Sarge's Meet and Greet! Safe travels to all. We are leaving in 30 minutes!! Woo hoo
