Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 159 and 160

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Congrats div 160! Now to win trivia Tuesday to see div 159! Missing our SR so much! Haven't received a call in three weeks but hopefully the mailman brings us something today!

Has anyone got mail this week? I normally get it on Wednesday, but not this week.  None today (Thursday) either. A few on the FB page are saying the same thing.

I did receive a letter from my SR today, he said that this week was what they called Hell week. His spirits are good and he is finding he is working very hard but enjoying it.

Hi Donna, I received a letter on Thursday too! He also mentioned that this was Hell Week, but seemed confident he would do well.  It seems their division has been working hard and has really come together. I can't believe PIR is 3 weeks from today!

Divs 159 and 160 are donating blood today! Watch the blood donation FB page for pics!

Hi Trisha! Do you know what the link is for the Facebook page? I've been trying to catch pictures of my SR! We miss him so much.

i got to see my SR...he is in photo of group that gave blood....happy mamma

Just received a letter from our SR! If anyone has a SR in division 159 just know they are doing amazing! They have earned all their flags so far! I was also told that they have really pulled together as a division and that the RDC's are a bit easier on them now! Very happy and blessed to hear from him! I hope everyone gets a chance to hear from their SR's! He also mentioned that their division might get a chance to call anytime from now until next week so keep your phones close! I hope everyone has a blessed day!
I'm anxious for battle stations this week. I hope to talk to my son. I haven't spoken with him since March 15th. It's getting sooo hard. My stomach hurts because I'm sooo anxious and not sleeping great either. How are other people doing?
Steph Pete's Mom- I understand what you're going through! I'm feeling the same. I have my phone with me at ALL times and I panic when it's not on me! I don't want to miss a call. I haven't heard his voice in a month! Sometimes I forget what he sounds like. But I'm very excited for PIR! Just think positive and take this week to properly prepare! I used my free time to pack all essentials and I made sure to print the parking pass to get on base! We're almost there, just 9 more days! Very proud of our SR's!!!
