Welcome Jamie, glad to have another brother SR family member on here. Time is getting short! If any of you hear about when battle stations are going on  please post so we can burn our blue candle for silent support. Looking so forward to PIR, got the room reserved and calendar cleared. Can't wait to see my Navy brat at graduation and see the good changes in her.

Yeah, I've heard about it all over N4M's site, many, many recommendations! Sarge has his own page on here too, rents out the space, provides the dinner, and provides tips, and info for families. Look under the members picures for our PIR Group, on the main page, youll find the Meet n Greets. Many of us have joined FB for support and plans are under way. You could join the FB page too! Thanks Sharon.

@Jamie, which FB page? The only one I found and am on is 177/178.

Yes, that is the one Sharon.

Only 25 more days!!! I'm so excited! Less than 4 weeks! Can't wait to hold my girlfriend again! She's been wearing my promise ring all the time and apparently its getting a little beat up so I'm surprising her with a new ring! Hope she likes it:

Aww...sweet! Wow, thats gorgeous! She's going to be one happy lady! Does she know yet or you just going to surprise her?
Aww..sweet! Wow, that's gorgeous! She 's going to be one happy lady!

I'm going to surprise her with it :) I told her in one of my letters to "Try not to lose my promise ring but if you do I'll be MORE than happy to get you another one :)" When she called me she said it was getting really beat up and it needs a good cleaning and needs to be dipped again. So I told her "Ok well I'll get it from you when I see you at graduation and then send it back to you in Texas when its all fixed" Little does she know she'll be getting a new one! Muahahaha!!

And plus it'll be a graduation present too.

Sounds like a terrific plan! Hahaha

Simple jake, the ring is beautiful, she will love it! How sweet of you and what a great way to celebrate her accomplishments. I am so excited and yet nervous over the next 24 days. Praying they all hang tough and get through to PIR.
