Lala, I'm sorry you're not feeling well!  Hope you're better soon.  I had something similar happen a couple years ago. I also went to the dentist with the same results.  Turned out I had a bad sinus infection in the area it was hurting.  Good luck.  I hope the dr. can figure out what it is promptly.

I am sorry I have been MIA most of the day. I have had a lot of pain on the right side of my face and thought it was from a tooth. I spent over 3 hours waiting to be worked in at the dentist office and they found nothing wrong, not as much as a single cavity. It hurts to yawn, hurts to eat and my glands are swollen along with a lot of pain. No clue what it is. I will have to wait until Monday to go to the DR because they are closed on Fridays :-( Thanks goodness for pain meds :-} I will be around off and on tomorrow as I work on the ribbons. I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend.

Yay!  Got a letter.  Still doesn't have his orders.  Won't get a phone call until after Battlestations.  Battlestations is week 7 / day 3.  He thinks this will be June 13 or 14.  The division has won all of the flags, Scholastic (also earned a pennant for this one too), Marching drill, inspection, divisional, PFC and Guid-on (not sure of the spelling on this one or what it is).

Next week this time I will be in Great LakesI  I'm so excited......and so exhausted because it is the end of the quarter in schools and I have been doing nothing but studying and taking tests!!  I didn't get a letter today but I did get a short one on Monday; basically just a note asking for her contacts so she can wear them at graduation.  She asked for one pair but I sent her 2, just in case something happened to one.  Hope it doesn't get her in trouble that I sent 2 pair!

My SR sent a letter to his mother.  Can't say I'm not disappointed, but she didn't get one last week... so I guess it makes up for it.  I don't understand why he doesn't have enough time to write two frickin' letters though.  He barely fills one side of the paper, and should have lots of down time to write in RCU.  =\  Oh well.  At least he sent one to his mom to say he was doing alright.

@Audrey You are too funny. I got a call early too from a solicitor & never get them on my cell phone. I was asleep & saw it was from a weird area code so I thought it could be my SR. Was I ticked when it wasn't.

Thanks for the heads up on the weather. Was wondering. going to go buy something new for PIR this week.

KCsMom.... Yes, the day he moved to Ship 04, I got a call from him.  It was Friday, and he got another call after he was there on Saturday.

Pianomom, I hope your SR gets better.  I can;t even imagine how hard it is to me training AND be sick.

Got 2 letters today.  Thursdays seem to be the "good mail" day. Whooped & hollered at the mailbox & mailman had moved on but I saw a little grin on his face.

205 did so well on Drill Inspection that they got another flag.

To you weepy ones - my weepy day was Saturday. It just hits you one day and you just gotta let the tears flow. Sounds like we are all alike. Very emotional time because we ""love so much"!
