:]  Now we just gotta get him a job and car (workin' on both. My daddy has a car that just needs a battery and says he already got tags for it.  He just needs the battery and then to switch the title over to my husband.)  Then we can get our own place and get out of this basement.

Congratulations, Squeekerz!  How wonderful for you.

KC'smom - praying for your son and the young lady with the broken tibia.

@KC'smom--well, i only have it "good with God" because Jesus died for me--definitely because i am a good person.   and on that basis, dear friend, i will start praying now and will put it on a note to pray in my car on the way to the dentist office and afterwards too.

PLEASE LET US KNOW!

and for the other girl, i will also ask God to be merciful to her...

OOOpps, I meant to say his last RUN in physical therapy was 8 minutes. I forget how many laps it was- but today he will run the full 12 laps which equals 1.5 miles.

If anyone has it good with GOD, and can start a prayer chain, there is a young lady stuck there for the past 8 months- I chat w/ her sister regularly. She broke her Tibia 1 week before graduation, just after completing her final test run (which she passed). Now that her fracture has healed she comes just seconds short of the timed run. They are threatening to send her home. Keep her in your prayers, she is allowed 2 more runs.

Today is the day my son makes his final run to get out of RCU (12:45 Eastern Time), not that I'm counting..... I know he can do it, but I'm praying they put the effort forth to let him out of RCU tonight!!!!  i can't stop crying thinking about how bad he wants it. If they transfer him to a regular division, we did the math and he will leave boot camp on his birthday weekend.  If they keep him there hung up on more technicalities then I probably won't be able to make the PIR.

His last, he had 8 minutes to complete.... he did it in 6. He is more determined to get out of there than probably anyone else (except the poor young women who has been there 8 months now.)

Squeekerz, that sounds like a good plan.  Best of luck to you both!

Thankies!!!  :]  We had a lot of time to talk.  I learned that he plans to reenlist into officer after getting a master's degree.  The psychologist advised him to go that route. So he may still become a sailor afterall.

Congratulations, Squeekerz!  Yesterday I was driving to Dallas from Houston and I thought about you a great deal.....from the day you started corresponding with all of us to the present time. You and your fiance have been through so much these past two and a half months.  You've experienced joys and sorrows together and I think it has helped you grow closer.  I wish you and your love much happiness and many years together.  I'll be keeping you in my prayers.

YAY!  Squeekerz is getting married anytime now! Praying blessings on their life together and the beginning of this special family.
Comment by Squeekerz on July 9, 2011 at 9:23am

Haha.  KC'smom, my fiance kept joking while we were getting the marriage certificate.  He kept walking away saying, "Nevermind."  And then he kept saying things like, "We'll get married.. next year..."  I wanted to punch him. lol

Thank you pianomom!  I will definitely post a picture when I can!  The wedding is in 5 hours! I can't believe it!  I need to get ready now. :P
