OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 933

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Super Cute Bunny Waving

Hi I'm looking for any other parents that their kids are in the same division and boat. I haven't received any letter, other than the form letter.
Thank you I'm getting worried

After the second phone call, I just received my first letter, she sounded good but was a bit nervous about Hell Week which I guess is going on now.  Can't wait to get another phone call to hear her voice.  Hope all goes well and will see her in 29 days.

Thank you for replying. We got a call on Sunday. He sounded in high spirits. We can't wait to see him

Kitten says Hello

On Thursday before PIR, there is a Meet and Greet that Sarge puts on at the Sundance Saloon. If you plan to attend, Please RSVP to Sarge. We are making name badges so if you don't RSVP and you show up, we won't have a badge for you. Please include the names of those you are bringing as well so we can make badges for them as well.

Also, there will be a raffle where NAVY cups, shirts and other items will be given away with the main prize being 25% of the raffle money. 50% will be donated to Sarge for future meet and greets and 25% will be donated to Calls for Recruits. Also, there is a discussion group above for those who want to donate State Baskets to the silent auction.

Sarge puts his own money into these weekly meet and greets and to ensure future mom's being able to have this same awesome opportunity, please donate a State basket or participate in the raffle. Every dollar counts!

Getting very excited!! It is almost time to see our SR,

On the phone with my SR now, they won Captain's Cup today and getting ready for BS sometime next week as their PIR is Friday.

We are so proud they won the Captain's cup! Our son was so proud.
