DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 267 and 268

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

23 more days!

There are so many pages, I don't know if I have replied on this. My son is Ship 12 Div 268, many of you may know me from our FB page. I just want to say thank you for all the support. I'm excited that we get to meet each other and share in the same feelings of pride in our Sr. If I can help with baskets or pins or whatever you would like I'm in.

I myself am creating a t-shirt with my sons ship and div. I don't know if it's okay to put his last name on it since it will only be worn at the Sarge's meet. What do you think?

Hi, proudofmySr Josh:)  It's great to have you here:)  This has been a great source for facts AND encouragement!  You said you might be interested in helping with baskets?  If you would like to make a gift basket for the gift basket auction, please see the discussion "PIR Gift Basket Auction" for details.  Some of us are making them to be available at Sarge's Meet and Greet, and you are welcome to if you would like:)  Not sure though if that is the conversation you are referring to.

Hi everyone, hope you all got letters or calls today. We are close our finish line. Who new we where in training as well, training on how to be patient, training on how to be supportive to new friends you only know by name. I'm glad my son is serving with your loved ones. I now he's with good people, because everyone here has been so supportive our children are reflections of who we are. Can't wait to meet you and hopefully we get to meet your Sr.'s

Yep we are all almost there!!! My son is in div 268 and couldn't be prouder! Pray for div 268!

No, I'm not, I didn't know there was one I'm on the 7/9/13 page on here though. I wonder if your son and my fiance know each other! He hasn't really mentioned any friends. I guess I'll find out next Friday!

One week and we will be flying

Thinking that today is the day for the I'm a Sailor calls for this division!  Phones handy!  Calls would come in the afternoon.
