I found this out from my recruiter, it may or may not be correct, and i really hope we make it into this PIR!  Waiting on the form letter.    Anyone else have this ship and div?

i thought i read that the 900 series div was for prior ROTC kids, and my son has 3 years ROTC, so i am surprised he is not in that div.

I am going to mail a test letter to see if it works!

My son left on June 14th.  I wonder how many recruits are in a division?    When did your fiance leave?

Hi Carrie ~ My son left on June 13th from California, he is on ship 9 division 247. Waiting impatiently on the form, hopefull today is the day.

Yeah!!! Someone in our Div!!!  We are in the deep south and I am not expecting my letter till next week, we have slow mail service.........

Hi! We are from California too! My son left on June 14th and is on Ship 09 Division 247.

I got a call from my husband today, he is now in this PIR. He was on ship 12 DIV 238 with PIR 08/3/12 now he is on Ship 09 DIV 238 PIR 08/10. Don't know why they switched DIV but he sounded in good spirit. He only called to give me his new address and PIR date so he couldn't talk long.

I am so excited since they are going to IS school together! Hope they are getting along! :)

We got our letter today! We're on this ship.

Got his form letter today, his PIR is August 10th. I can't wait to see him ;)

Just got home from work at the PEDS office, just got my letter too!!    YEAH!!!!

Hi rpgolfmom ~ great news. Thanks for the heads up ;)

YEAH!!!!! I mailed one on Friday last week, so maybe mine will get one tomorrow! :)  That is a great job for boot camp!!! Did he say they had writing time yet, i was thinking maybe last sunday if they were good, but for sure this sunday!!!   maybe we will get Mail this Thursday or next!

Our son is also in this Division. We received the "box" with a short "I love you" written inside. We also have the form letter with the same short note on the back. We cant wait for a full letter, although we told him that if he has the choice between letter writting and studying.....study!!! We will flood him with mail from home. We are starting plans to fly in for his PIR....
