My call was thursday for clarification
We received a letter today!! Sounds like things are really going great for our division!  How's everyone doing??
Quiet. Nothing since the letter last Thursday that was upbeat. Said the food was really good, three squares a day and 20 minutes to eat.

I got a letter today and they had some more IT around or until 2200... I guess they are making progress... Starting to struggle with this whole distance thing... Glad its finally August.. that means will be in Chicago in 30 days :) Trying to keep it together over here.

I know.  Seems like it's getting harder now.  The reality of them being gone has really set in.  Hope you and your baby girl have a great day today!  Every day is one day closer...
Got a letter on Thursday. SR sounded OK. Said Division is coming together.
I know what you mean.  The first few weeks I was ok, but this weekend was HARD!!  Haven't gotten another phone call or letter.  it's been about 2wks.  I can NOT wait to see him.  We have everything booked.  One thing that I am happy about is that he has most of the weekend from what he told me when I did talk to him, which is AWESOME since his birthday is 2 days after PIR and I'l lbe able to spend it with him at least part of it anyway.
Does anyone know why the recruits wouldn't be calling?? We've received two letters so far, but no calls. My son is in Ship 11 Div 284.
That's good. I really hope to hear from him soon. It is driving me crazy!

Amy,

He may have had watch during the time of phone calls.  Try not to worry.  Easy to say hard to do I know.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am hoping he's doing well.
