Thank You JSC for passing the info onto us! We appreciate it. Keeping your SR in my prayers.
I am so grateful for the heads-up. My son called my cell phone which was on the charger in the bedroom. Had house phone next to me. My other son heard my phone ringing..saw pay phone on caller id. He answered it and it was my SR!! I was so happy to hear his voice. He was really sounding so mature and different. He talked to all of us and was making sure my husband and I will be there on9/1. It seem really important to him. He says please, please keep the letters coming. I wrote him two letters tonight and will write again tomorrow. Week 4 is here and they will need all the encouragement they can get. Seem like my letter from him was a week behind. So stay prayerful for them. They are turning the corner for this half-way mark. It sounds really tough, but they will make it.

Good to know calls are coming through!

Just got off the phone with my son!! Yayyyyy!!!

Hi,

I think the second week is the most stressful for them all. This is the first real week of PT and they are all in culture shock. They miss home and we miss them. I think the realization of them being away from home and freedom takien away is overwhelming along with all the yelling at them. I think by week 3 and 4 hopefully the routine sets in and they are working together. My son said he had a hard time folding too. After talking to him last night, he sound better than his letter did. So there is hope and I know they all will make it. Why? We are out here prayinfg and rooting for all their success. Looking forward for 9/1...and hopfully meeting some of you.

thrilled to hear from him!!!!! though he was having a hard time, i thnk he is doing good. know he need that call. as did I!!!!
Good for you!!
