Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 943

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Here it is,,,she would probably be in TRIPLE THREAT,,,,that is the musicians group

There are 3 different types of 900 division, they are Triple Threat (Band, Choir & Drill team), Staff - Staff are the AROC & RPOC (the guys that call the commands) Master at Arms, Side-boys rail guards, door guards, body snatchers (sailors walking isles of the performance at PIR to catch sailors who may feel faint from standing too long) & State Flags - This includes the Color Guard (those that carry in the U.S. Flag, Navy Flag & Rifles) as well as a Drum-line. Since a 900 division graduates every week, there needs to be a new one to take its place for the next graduation. This is why they all perform in 3 graduations (including their own).
Here is a list of what the numbers in each type of division for the year 2013. The Navy only assigns 52 divisions for the 900's and restarts right around October 1st.

Triple Threat are: 921, 924, 927, 930, 933, 936, 939, 942, 945, 948 & 951
Staff are: 919, 922, 925, 928, 931, 934, 937, 940, 943, 946, 949 & 952
State Flags are: 920, 923, 926, 929, 932, 935, 938, 941, 944, 947 & 950

Thank you, Tinat. She is a singer musician and was even in drum line in high school as well. Not sure if she would have decided to do that since she has given up all in this last year for her boyfriend. I think she will graduate on 9/6 because she went to boot camp on 7/9. Thank you much and I wish you the best for your SR and your family!

Just bumping our group, it's been a while.  We are maybe more talkative on Facebook?

Loving you ladies, you are keeping me from losing my mind.  Hugs, prayers, tears, and hand holding, we have got it going on.

I love my new Navy family!

I think I saw my SR on RTC random photos 1 and maybe 11 dated 8/13....hard to tell with that high and tight fade they all seem to be rockin that, LOL!  Photos did include a female chief some posters id'd as Chief Green, the 943's chief, so may well be him.  I'm claiming him, anyway, tall dude in the back middle of pic 1 with the BC glasses.  I need some teenage boy hug.

Are you moms on the FB PIR 09/06 page? On the FB Navy for Moms page a women posted a pic of a handsome boy in uniform from this DIV that she saw at PIR today. I know if it was my boy a few months ago I would want to see it ;-) Hang in there Ladies your almost there <3

Do you happen to have the link to the Facebook page?

PIR 09/06/2013 type that in it should come up :-)

If anyone knows when 943 will be doing BattleStations, can you friend request the info to me?  Thanks!

Congrats to all sailors and families of 943! Hooyah!
