Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 337 and 338

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Repost in case you are not a part of the FB page:  Got to talk to my son(div 338) for almost 25 minutes - he was going to call his GF too! He and one SR from div 337 (sorry i was so excited I forgot to get his name) got an hour to spend in Recruit Heaven today as a reward. They were the only 2 recruits out of both divisions to get a perfect score on the last academic test! My son also got perfect scores on the last uniform inspection and weapon turnover inspection... He was in such a great mood! He said that. Div 338 is doing great! They have earned a pennant on their division flag and can now march on RTC without their RDC's with them and can sing all the fun cadences! He said they have earned all flags possible so far. They didn't earn the scholastic flag after the first academic test but scored so well on the second one as a division they earned it. He said they got their dress uniforms back from the tailor and will have inspections in them this week. Hoping that they will all get phone calls this week because they are doing so well.

My son is Div 338 also and you have just made my Sunday so much better. I haven't been able to sleep lately and my son has been on my mind. I am so ready for Sept 6
My is in Div 338 as well. I'm so happy to hear that. Thank you for sharing.

Hello group.  My Son is Ship 03, Div 337, PIR on 9/6/13.  We are driving 19+ hours from northern NH to attend. Staying in Waukegan at the Super 8 (not a great hotel, but in the budget). Planning on attending Sarge's Meet & Greet, hoping to meet some wonderful people I've met on Facebook and new people from here!
