Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 305 and 306

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I hope so!!  Talking to him put so many of my fears to rest.  He is tired and homesick but his attitude was so positive and strong.  I'm so proud of all of them!  He said more calls on Saturday if not before :)

Does anyone know much about the Hilton Ohare hotel? I know it's located at the airport but if I booked a room here could my husband come to my room before his flight to A school? I know they can't leave the airport once they check in so would this be ok?

My son left 7-16 and I haven't gotten a call or a letter other than the form letter. Should I be worried?

I'm still waiting for my fiance letter, hopefully i get it this week. I can't wait to see what he wrote me :D

Does anyone in know if my son is going to A school in SC and he is supposed to be able to come home for 2 days do we pick him up Friday or Saturday or do they transport him home? We live in Wisconsin so its only a 2 hr drive

I got a letter from my son in div 305 today! I hope everyone gets one soon. My hubby won't let me open it til he gets home from work lol

That's so good to hear that those letters are on the way

My son is in 305 and we got letters today too!!

My first real letter from my son was great! Put me at ease

I got two letters from my son today!!  The first one was kind of sad but by the second time he wrote he sounded very upbeat and said he almost kind of likes it, haha

Hi everyone. I just found this group and I am so excited that I did.  My son is in Div 305.  I finally got my first letter from him 8/7 and I got my first call yesterday 8/8. He sounded great on the phone and said that everything was going well.  It was amazing to hear his voice and know that he is okay.

Good to hear 305 is good. My son hasn't called me yet so the last time I heard his voice was the 2 min call when he got there. He used his first call for his gf. Darn kids lol
