God love ya WM Mom!  Thanks so much for the detective work and sharing your info with us.

You sound like me, I'm all over the internet every night trying to solve such mysteries, about when they'll call, what they're doing every day, if they get mail and on what day, what they're wearing, blah, blah, blah.  How did people do all this stuff before the internet anyway?!

Have a great day everyone!  Hopefully, some of us will have mail to talk about later on today!!

Ok Will Man's Mom! I got my call last Friday at 5:10!!! :) Thank you so much for the heads up. I was prepared. You have amazing dectective skill. Any idea if there's another call between now and week 7??? LOL! Hope you got your call and/or letter. How is your SR doing?

Mine sounded much better. He got fired from RCPO (I had a feeling he would). He was short on his pushups. Food is great. He scored great on his first test.

He said it was hard but it would all be worth it in the end. According to his letter, he did not have a leadership role and he was ok with that because they got yelled at alot more. Mine is carrying the Ohio Flag. A little bummed that he does not have the Texas Flag but oddly enough his girlfriend's Mom lives in Ohio so in a strange way it all still fits. Any ideas what your SR's are doing in this division?

Awesome detective work Will Man's Mom!!!!! I will be praying that we all get one about that time. I too checked the mailbox last night and found nothing. It will probably be today or tomorrow if they wrote us. Our SRs work very, very hard practicing for performances in 945, along with everything else.

Will Man's Mom - did any of them happen to mention how long they got to talk?

Most conversations were around 20 minutes.

I think I will jot down some questions to ask if the conversations will be 20 minutes or so.  I didn't expect that much time to visit on the phone.  I will try to listen at first and then if there is time maybe I can get some answers to all these questions I have.  You sound like me and are searching for answers on all the sites.  I have a computer that has a problem, like too old and don't want to work any more and is bound for the graveyard as soon as I can get another one.  My daughter wanted me to buy an Apple but I don't want to spend the time learning how it operates.  I would miss out on too much while she is away  Here's hoping for the long awaited letter today. Have a great day.

Got a letter today. She tells me she is happy to be in division 945. Last sentence said "I am super happy". What mote could a mother ask for. Hope everyone gets one today.

Dee, did your daughter say anything about how the division is doing as a whole so far. My boyfriend is ship 2 div 945 as well and Im just curious as to how they've been doing so far. Havent received my letter yet. Hoping for one tomorrow!

Actually she sent a 4 page letter to her boyfriend and she wrote all about what's going on.  He is coming over tomorrow and I hope he got his letter today and has it tomorrow.  I'll let you know what it says for sure.  I did read today that she wants her cell phone, computer, a set of clothes and lots of chocolate when we come.  I'm sure the list will be more specific and have a few more things on it as time goes on.  She said that she was lucky to be chosen for the 945 "elite division".  There are 87 of them out of thousands (those were her exact works).  She said they work hard but are highly looked up to there AND "I am super happy".  What great news.  That's a statement I really wanted to hear.  I will let everyone know tomorrow hopefully what she says about the day to day activities.  I'm hoping for a phone call this weekend hopefully.  Good luck on tomorrow getting a letter.  By the way, I could hardly read her scribble and she is left handed and usually has beautiful handwriting.

I forgot to say that the letter was dated 27 Jul at 2445.  I don't know why I just got it today.  I'm wondering if they held the letters until the 3rd week of training.  I can see that happening Having gone thru boot camp in the Army.  It takes time to get everyone on the same page, so to speak.

That was suppose to be 2345 instead of 2445.  Sorry.

Thats so great! Im glad to hear that she is happy! :) Sounds like things must be going good for them so far then. Its definitely so great that our SRs were chosen for the "elite division" im so excited and so proud. Hopefully my boyfriend is just as happy as your daughter! I sure hope I get to hear from him soon!
