Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 367 and 368

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

got letters today I live about an hour from GL so letters should be to you tomorrow or Friday :)
9/11 calls for ship 03 367 and 368 divisions are between 430 and 730 CST.
Thanks neicey for that info! Can't wait. :)

I am hoping for letters when I am done with work today.  I can't wait.  It's nice to kind of know when they may be calling its better then looking at your phone every 10 min waiting for it to ring.  Is there a reason for the schedule call?  And how did we learn this?

I received letters yesterday. It made my day, I've been having a rough week. He is doing well, and can't wait to hug his Mama, which just melted my heart. LOL.... He mentioned that if they score 5.0 on something that they'll get an extra hour call, if not then they get 15 minutes deducted from calls. I was confused, he is a messy writer, plus he had all of these numbers written down. I need to investigate further.

I know there is another academic test during hell week that's probably what he's talking about

Oh, ok!! I was thinking what an earth is all this? hahahaha....

I see some divisions are getting calls anyone from our ship getting calls??

I received my letters yesterday and my SR sounds so sad, he has an ear infection and is home sick horribly, he did state that he received his blues and whites and sounded happy about that and is looking forward to graduation. I am confused my SR said that I was only going to be able to see him after graduation for about an hour and then he had to go, is this true?? I know I can go to airport with him but I thought I was going to be able to spend a little more time with him. This has been the longest 6 weeks of my life and I can't wait to see my son. If it is only for an hour I will be grateful for that. I just want to say I have been reading alot of the posts here and I must say it has been a god send to know that I am not crazy and controlling and the only one that was so sad and depressed when my SR left, I am very supportive and know it is the best thing for him but to know that he will not live under my roof as a child ever again and to be separated from him even with phone calls, I thought I was not going to be able to handle it but it is true we are tougher and so is our SR's then we ever thought possible. I see a light at the end of the tunnel and just think in 3 weeks our SR's will be on the way to a new chapter in their lives that includes communication devices. (lol) Hopefully we get a phone call this week!!! Have a great week all!!!

My SR said the same thing about leaving a few hours after graduation but i have heard they will be delayed if they are going to San Antonio. So I don't know what to think its sad since we only get 4 tickets( my dad was going to meet us after) he will be crushed if he only gets and hour and can't see his grandpa. It will be sad for both of them if they don't get to see each other they have been inseparable for 19 years its been very hard on my dad...as far as calls I believe we will have one on the 11th between 430 and 730 :)

I hope not as well, we are coming from florida and we are not leaving until sunday I would hate to stay and he leaves. I heard also that they could be delayed if going to san Antonio and mine is for MA, what about your??

Mine too! Which division ??
