Hi everyone :) my boyfriend is in ship 2 div 946. Do you girls know if they've been able to call or write yet? I'd also like to find out if they have been in any parades or anything like that. Thanks! 42 more days until they graduate!! <3

Hi pagetoday, you may want to scroll a bit down the list from the PIR 09/28/2012 TG 46 - .... link.  There you will find that a Ship 02 Division 946 was already set up. I'd just hate for you to miss something.  It looks like we are pretty small group.  As for calling or writing, I'm sorry, I couldn't tell you.  I see that the 300s seem to be receiving correspondence by either phone call or (regular) letter/mail.  The 800s and 900s ... nadda.

So, try not to feel too lonely... it looks like us 900ers are all in the same boat.  Keep the faith, this will pass.  C'mon mail man!

Haha yeah! I found the other group for this ship and division so I will probably delete this one. I know what u mean about the others getting mail and calls, I'm wondering why we haven't received anything but silence. He arrived on august 1st and I haven't heard anything from him besides the form letter inviting me to his PIR. I have checked my mailbox everyday!

If it makes you feel any better, which I don't think it will... I still haven't received a phone call or a letter as of yet.  Like you, I just received the information letter.  My husband, who is retired Navy, says at this point, no calls is a good thing.  It means our SR is adjusting accordingly.  Not that I totally agree with that statement but I get it.  It's going onto week three so things should be looking "up" soon :)  Keep the phone nearby... heck, I've been taking it to the bathroom with me!  LOL!!  Stay positive, the letters should be coming soon :)

Good idea to delete this group, paige!  More people are on the other group and best to have one per division!  Thanks!

I am going to close comments  on this group since it is a duplicate discussion.

No worries, just don't want things to get too spread out.
