Welcome to the discussion group for division 822.
Be very aware when posting about your SRs who are in this division. Make sure you read the OPSEC rules (everyone should).
sjtina and a couple more ladies will be joining you to answer your questions about this "800" division. Although your SR is still in BC, what they are doing may be slightly different from what the other divisions in this training group are doing. It is also recommended that you go into your "settings" (clickable link on the right side) and change your privacy setting to "private" and change everything to friends only.
Please still use the main wall to post general questions, and concerns, such as meet and greet questions etc. Specific questions regarding the 800 division should be posted here.
We “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like to, and the ladies helping out with the 800 divisions don't always get to the main wall as often as they would like.
Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there ladies!!!

Hi RuthY. I am hoping that is correct too. We already made our air/hotel reservations around that anyway. It would be great to have the extra time with our son and we are hoping to take him for a really good dinner. From what I've read though it doesn't sound like the meals he is eating are half bad.
Hi RuthY! We are coming from Florida and I hate to drive more than I hate to fly, lol. It is good you've had two calls and two letters. That helps, doesn't it? Our son called when he got there and he called this past Thursday but that call we missed. I felt horrible. I'm sure he will call again. I just have to be patient. When it comes to my kids though I am not good at being patient. He has written also. The letters are short and sweet but I'm just glad to get them. How old is your son?
Ha, ha. So true. He made the committment now he has to stick to it. Doesn't matter that he was 4 when he made it. I'm the same way.
my SR also was selected for SWCC prep school in GL. He also said he will have nights and weekends liberty. thats all the info i got.
Hi ladies, can anyone tell me where I go to order our SR's BC division t-shirt? I found it somewhere on here once, but there's just so much info, and so many places to look....! I can't seem to find my way back to where I originally saw the order form. Thanks!
Hi kmichelle. Try http://www.uniquememorymakers.com. I just ordered Division ribbons from there. I'm not sure if you can get the t shirt there.
hi i found the shirt order form at www.mwrgl.com, enter, then click on general info drop down box, then graduation, then general info, the order form link is there, or you can contact them at navytees@gmail.com, or call them at 972-347-6658. they will return your call, shirts have to be ordered at least 3 wks before grad and are $20. plus shipping. thanks for the info you gave me!
Not sure kmichelle - but on the page under the divisions links (where the countdown ticker is) there is a link to information pages. I am not sure if there is division shirt information there, but you can do a search and should be able to find it.
Hi BJ. 29 days! Yay! It can't get here fast enough for me. It was good news to hear they would be staying in GL and we'd get a little more time with them. Now I'm trying to plan what we will do and what to wear. I'm pretty sure the weather will be slightly different than it is here in Florida :-)
I'm also glad to see others on here. I was getting concerned that I managed to get into the wrong place AGAIN, lol.
Hi BJ. Layering is what I'll do then. I'm getting excited now that we are down to 28 days. I don't know if they will get another chance to call home but I am hopeful and I'm going to send a calling card "just in case". After missing his call last Thursday I'm sure loving this site and being able to see from other moms what is going on in their division. I feel less worried. Still worried, lol, but less. Have a great day!
Yay! I got one too. I'm really loving Thursdays.
