For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either). Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username. While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Join groups! Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself! Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security
Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind. In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships." OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.
DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.
DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

**UPDATE 4/26/2022** Effective with the May 6, 2022 PIR 4 guests will be allowed. Still must be fully vaccinated to attend.
**UPDATE as of 11/10/2022 PIR vaccination is no longer required.
**UPDATE 7/29/2021** You now must be fully vaccinated in order to attend PIR:
In light of observed changes and impact of the Coronavirus Delta Variant and out of an abundance of caution for our recruits, Sailors, staff, and guests, Recruit Training Command is restricting Pass-in-Review (recruit graduation) to ONLY fully immunized guests (14-days post final COVID vaccination dose).

Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 335 & 336. These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

we will be staying at the Navy Lodge also. Hopefully we can make it to the meet and greet. Can't wait to meet everyone that has been so helpful during this process!

Jewels, we are staying at the Navy Lodge also. I won't be able to make it to the meet and greet, however, because our flight will be coming in too late. (sad face). But I really hope I will be seeing some of these wonderful ladies during our stay. I love this website, it is comforting and fun seeing what everyone is going through. I saw my sons best friend last night and I just had to hug him. It was so good to see someone who was/is such a close connection to my kid.

My daughter is in ship 11, div 336.. No second phone call yet, other than the security phone call, just received my first letter ever, she just passed her swim test, took three tries, lol, she had a hard time doing a 5 minute prone float, it's almost over can't wait for PIR oct 12th

Today is 3 weeks since I got the "I am here" call. Hope we all get something this week. Been a rough couple of days and just need something to lift my spirits.

Hello ladies! Today was my day, yeah!! My son wrote me 2 letters. it was so good to hear from him. He wrote a little everyday so it looked like a daily journal. He was so anxious to send and receive mail. He said the letters really brought up his morale and to keep them coming. I thought he was going to give me crap about how many letters I have been writing, but no, he said send more. He said the other recruits have been helping eachother adjust. This past Sunday was the first time they could send out mail, so hopefully, all of us will be on cloud nine by Saturday. Thank you everyone for sharing your stories. I was really getting down today knowing that it had been 23 days since I hugged my kid, God knew I needed this today. Have a great night everyone.
