OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 333 & 334. These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the main wall to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion groups as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

not me yet! can't wait to hear his voice!!!

Just got our first call today!!!! SO happy!

Wow, I just realized I was not following this discussion! I have only been getting the PIR 10/12/12 updates. I had to catch up!  :) Hope to get to know you all better over the next few weeks. :)

We received 3 letters friday & he seems better.  He passed the swimming & PFA test  He says the food is actually pretty good there. In 1 of the letters he said it was there first sunday to get to go to church but he didn't go so he could write & shine those boots. Well i guess if he's gonna miss church its good he is writing us a letter!

I count 32 days until we see our sailors!

I've finally booked the flights! Finally seems to be almost over! Does anyone else get kinda jealous when you read other mothers/parents get calls from their recruit? I get my hopes up & ask what division & of course its not 334!

I GOT A CALL!!!!!! 3 of the best minutes of my life! If you haven't gotten one already I am sure its coming.

Whoo Hoo! Got a call from my son. It wasn't even a minute (I think) but he sounds upbeat and has a cold. Doesn't want to go to sickbay. He says their in trouble again and that's why phone call so short. He says maybe next time they will be able to talk for an hour.

I did too... wahooo!!  He sounded worn out but good.  Brandon said their time was cut short because of some people too!  It was so good to hear his voice!

I got mine too!  That was the best 5 minutes ever!!!  Christmas in September.  All I said was Hello...  and I told him to just tell me everything I wasn't talking I only wanted to hear his voice!!!  I hope they get longer calls next time.  I can't wait to see him!!!

I GOT A CALL!!!  He is great! Time is flying by quickly!!!  Less than 5 minutes, but I got to hear his voice!!!  You should see the smile on my face:0))

I know exactly how you feel :)
