Sheila your recruit is probably noting my bf Tabada. He is phillippino. He has helped Kris (Dana's son) and possibly knows Weeks. So we will see. I really need a lift to the airport on sunday. let me know if you can
Hi, glad to hear from someone in Oregon. I work in Hillsboro...are you close? We arrive at Midway, on Thursday early am, but don't leave until Tuesday late. Have family in the area and will try to see them too. If you don't hook up with someone that leaves on Sunday, we can work something out.
YAY!!! FINALLY SOMEONE FROM OREGON!!! I am leaving here Thursday morning to either Midway or O Hare. I will be leaving saturday or sunday don't know yet. That would be AWSOME!! I really want to stay till sunday and see chicago while I am there. I live and work in Hillsboro!!! My bf is Tabada or Dudes Tabada.
so, i got tons of letters in the mail. my bf is grad and go. but he doesnt leave right away. so Im going to stay till sunday. My bf is fairly sick, he got meds but he is still going every day. He has another PFT test this week and lots of new information and studying. On top of that, he wrote a full page of I love yous, and mixed in a "will you marry, its not official till due time. " and more I love yous. So basically he is getting ready to propse to me. I just dont know when!!! So im engaged lol :) I can't wait to see him !!!! But he is on a new schedule now apparently. So he was able to write last friday. and he is going to write every night, because its the only way he can get through these last few weeks. Apparently he is also the (beep) of the division. I don't believe that. So they have been waking up EARLY and doing PT (physical training) right away. They work out 6 days a week. He has retained so much info that he doesn't think he can retain anymore. He is really really stressed out right now. His A school he says is only a month long in FL. And so he will be able to take me to the airport when I leave chicago on either saturday or sunday and his cerfew is 9pm saturday and sunday. Thats all he basically wrote to me.. Got it a day early and he sent it monday
Hope he gets better, I think most of them have been sick. Phil still has his cough, but the worst of it seems to be over. They changed his school on him so not sure if he is Grad and Go or...I got my letter today that he wrote last Thursday. Hope to get more info this week, he has been pretty good at writing on Sundays. Glad it worked out for the trip to the airport! If something changes let me know.
ok i still might need a ride or me still might need a ride so he can get back to base or hang out with your son. That would be awsome!!! I sooo cant wait to go now!!!!

Well they certainly feed them good and exercise them well. I can't wait to see my"new" son as as Sailor! :)
I feel some comfort knowing other mothers are going threw the same as myself.I am so proud, and tried to prepare for the missing connection, but my son is my best friend, always has been and always will be and hes our energy in the family, hes 1 of 5 and everyone even the cats are missing him.I learned he had his wisdom teeth out and was devastated, i wasn't there to see if he was OK, Ive always been there, This time I didn't even know till after :(
