Wade, I have heard the same thing. They try to keep spouses as close to each other as possible.

Tina, what a fall! Be careful!!!
Wade, what a wonderful picture! I know you are a proud mom!!!
When you have your two sailors together, take a picture of them together in their uniforms. I cherish all the ones I have. They hated to pose, but I used the mom card!

Tina, my prayers are with you! I understand about not wanting more tests! Just name it so you can move forward. The state of Limbo is not a fun place to be.
Wade, it is 8:00 AM. She should be finished and on her way to the capping ceremony! Let us know once you get your call!

Wade, I know your recruit will do well! I'll keep her and her division in my prayers tonight as well as the blue candle!
Let us know when you get your call!
When are you leaving for GL?

I'm not going to be able to go to the FMTB graduation : ( I was told that his dad is going. My other son wants me to go on his Tiger Cruise sometime in Aug. and I just can't afford two trips to California.
From what I can gather, a Tiger Cruise is where the family get to join their sailor aboard ship for a few days out at sea. I don't know the exact dates, but he really wants me to go, and he needs to fill out all the forms ahead of time, so, I have chosen my vacation on the USS Bonhomme Richard as it returns to port.

Wade, when you get your "I'm a Sailor" call, make sure you let us know!
I got both my calls while in Great Lakes. I remember being so worried that I would fly up there and get a call saying they weren't sailors!

Wade, thanks for the info about BS! Prays will bee given for her, as well as teh blue candle!
Deb, I love your bird. I had one fly into my class this week. What an adventure! Your hobby sounds better than mine. Since my boys left, I thoughht I should spend my free time working on my maasters! For the last year now, I have been SO busy! It didn't help in not missing my boys. Now I write and study, all the while, I look at my watch to see if it's time to make a call to San Deigo.

Wade, I KNOW you are excited! WOOHOO! Can't wait to hear all about PIR!
I once asked my kids what they wanted for dinner. They all started to tell me: Burger King, Taco Bell.... I rephrased it and asked what they wanted me to COOK. Again, they said, Burger King, Taco Bell......
