Welcome to the Division Discussion for Division 950

Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important

Every single concern is genuine

Every single member is important to us

We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I can't wait!!!!! So excited to see my son again! This separation has been a lot harder that I ever imagined but I'm so very proud of him!

I agree. Can't wait for 10/23. I talked to my son today and I am bursting at the seams with pride. My daughter-in-law and I have made our plans to fly in to O'Hare from CA!

Good morning everyone :-) I hope everyone is doing good today! I Got a letter from my son yesterday and he said everything is going good and even though its hectic and the hardest thing he has ever done he doesnt regret his decision to sign up at all!! So happy to hear that. I hope everyone else got letters with great news from their SR. God willing we only have 28 more days till Graduation :-)

Just received a 30 minute phone call from my sailor! I hope this means the rest of you received calls as well! Can't tell you how happy just hearing his voice made me! Hope you all have great week! PIR is getting closer!

Heard from my SR yesterday as well. So happy to get to hear how they are doing. Letters are great but the phone calls are even better :-)

44 Min phone call from my SR today!!!!  Div 950!!

:-) Such a nice surprise !!

Good morning everyone!!!   24 more days until graduation!!!!

I hope everyone got a phone call this weekend from their SR.  Mine had a hoarse voice and sounded tired.  He said it had been an interesting two weeks.  There was one SR(there maybe more)  that is not getting any mail at all....I will not put his name in here but if you could send something extra to your SR and have them share with the ones that aren't getting any mail.....that would be very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Farah

Did anyone get calls yesterday?  I didn't get a call.  Feeling kind of in the dumps today.  Its rainy and foggy out and I haven't heard from my SR.  I wonder if calls weren't scheduled or the division lost their privileges.  Does anybody have any information from a call or letter from their SR?

Seeing that number 17 days to go on the main page was nice to see!!!

Navy Strong!! (even though I'm not really feeling that way today:(

I didn't receive a call either and my mood is very similar to yours. It's just so hard we we don't know how they are doing. I guess we wait and pray that letters make it our way this week! 17 days and we can see our SRs....so excited!!!!

Thank you for the response DispatcherMom.

It makes a difference knowing we are not alone.  Thank you.

No one around me can relate.  My husband seems to be doing fine....if he isn't he doesn't show it or let me know....lol

Maybe its just the "moms" ....lol

i know that none of my family or friends really understands how I feel and this website has been a Godsend! I feel relieved now knowing that what I am going through is normal!

Anytime you need to talk feel free to message me! We need to lean on each other because this doesn't end with boot camp! We still have A school and deployments! But I won't go there...not yet! One step at a time!
