Oh My What a experience!!1 As everyone has said "you just can't explain in words" We had a wonderful time although we had limitied time with Courtney at the airport on Friday. It was great. So grown up. Thursday night at flanigans was wonderful, it was great meeting and visiting with everyone. Beth thank you so much for the lovely gift!! So thoughtful!!
The only bad part of weekend..... OUr camera screwed up. So our pictures are limited. We did manage to get some on our phones but quality is not the greatest. What a time for a camera to go on the fritz UGH!!!! we we have the memories and they CAN"T be forgotten!!
Courtney is in Mississppi and adjusting well. It was so nice being able to talk with her and text her and send pictures back and forth. I talked to her 1hour and 30 minutes last night!!!!! It was AWESOME!!! I still miss her but it's a little easier now with contact.
Thank you all for your sharing your children in their service to our country!!!

Teresa I'm thrilled you did not get a call!!! That sounds bad but i am sure everyone on here knows what I mean!! :)
Dorothy- thanks for the prayers and encouraging word!!
I did get one hour of sleep last night!! between 4:30 and 5:30 but that was it!! Then when I did get to sleep I had the most amazing dream... I have not dreamed of Courtney since she left but last night I fell asleep and dreamed she was home in my bedroom and I was hugging her and crying. she was holding on tome so tight and I her and we were both sobbing.... I woke ACTUALLY crying! I tried to go back to sleep so hard it was so real !! She felt so thin I could FEEL her!! I missed her sooo much more at that moment! I couldn't, so i just sat there and cried and prayed for her!! It was such an amazing dream!!
It's kinda neat because in every letter I tell COurtney that I asked God to give her a hug today and ask her if she felt it ( it's our "thing") . Well last night I feel llike God gave me the gift of hugging her myself!! WOW!! Now i'm clinching my phone waiting for a call!!!
