Funny stories:) I would like to say thank you once again. This whole process of being a Navy mom has made me a better person., As a single mom myself, Its easily to get caught up on busy schedules and never have time to stop and smell the roses.
I'm still amazed by all of us..being states away yet we became overnight families who shared many tears of sadness and joy. I do really hope we keep in touch after PIR.
I know for a fact that I will always be eternal grateful to North Point Christian Church for what they do yearly for our lonely Sailors. I will donate every year towards the dinner for the future Sailors during the holidays.
I'm in awww by each of you:) Gotta go...running late for an appointment this morning. Have an awesome day.
ONLY 3 MORE SLEEPS AND WE GET TO SEE OUR HANDSOME/BEAUTIFUL SAILORS!!!!
WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!
Thank you ladies so much for all the support and info over the last few weeks. I seriously would not have made it without you and my sailors letters. Living alone, having a demanding job, and friends/family who could not relate or understand was very very hard but you wonderful moms helped me through(youre all like the mom I never had)!! Thank you so much LYDIA for keeping us positive and in high spirits!!
Cant wait for my call today! and keeping my fingers crossed for good weather and transportation to work out!!
HAVE A GREAT DAY LADIES!!
Ms Ampi - I arrive at Midway at 3:00 pm from Denver, CO if you do not mind the wait I would be more than happy to give you a ride to the Ramada.
I do not know why I did not think of this earlier, but if there is a family that can not attend the graduation and you sailor would like to spend his/her liberty with my family they would be more than welcome.
Is everyone still wearing some form of red for PIR? I have a red scarf. My brain is mush....all I do is cry.
Everyone have a safe trip and God Bless
