OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 409 and 410

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

Got 2 letters from my SR yesterday. YEAH.

I think I write my SR every day. Helps me with my emotions. I picture him reading them and smiling or laughing. I'm posting on my facebook page the count down to his graduation. 41 days:):)

My SR is on ship 12 div 409. He's always been the quiet one, but not hearing from him for exactly three weeks now is killing me. Impatiently waiting for contact, clinging to the notion that 'no news is good news'. Super excited for graduation :)

Good morning Holly, my daughter is also on ship 12 div 409 also. It is nice to meet other moms who's SR is in the same div. I find myself putting my life on hold while I wait around for that phone call.

Good day Machel :) I was beginning to wonder where all the moms in our division were lol I've still not received a phone call but never set my phone down just in case. And answering every single unknown call is new to me, but I'm not taking any chances. My son has never been as forthcoming with info as my daughters but in his last letter, appeared to be doing well. It was an old letter tho so hope its still good for our babies :) Sorry, our *young men and women*

Is there a special page to find out for definately that there will only be 3 guests for graduation for Nov 1st PIR?
