Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 373 and 374
These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.
Get to know each other, your SRs are!
Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.
Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.
Hang in there!!!
thank you swimgeeksmom. Which division is your SR in?
Got a letter from my daughter yesterday and she said 374 is doing very well with everything they are supposed to be doing! Everyone is really starting to gel together.
My daughter is also in div 374 and told me the same thing.
We got our first set of letters yesterday from our daughter. She wrote in diary style so there was several small letters. It was good to read she has not lost her sense of humor. She had me laughing so hard I had tears when she wrote "whose brilliant idea was it to put 50+ women in one compartment". She said she was bored most of the time but that was going to change real soon. She loves her division and up for what was to come.
I heard they would be able to call on Saturday morning's from 10-12 but that certain amount of time is for the entire division to share.
We have run into a dilemma and I'm not sure what our options are. I know our SRs get 4 people in the ceremony--so that would be her Dad, myself, my husband and we have two children (10,7)--is one of us going to have to miss her Pass In Review bc of the limit? We obviously can't send our 10 or 7 year old to the chapel alone. Is anyone else having this issue and how are you thinking about resolving? Thanks in advance!
