Welcome to the Division Discussion for Divisions 423 and 424

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important Every single concern is genuine Every single member is important to us We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

We got letters yesterday and a phone call today when I was at Work, What a surprise! She was sick last Sun/mon and still has a cough but mentally she's dOing great! The whole division got a 4 or higher on the academic test so they earned the scholastic flag to be carried in at PIR. She said she's really fitting in feels good about where she's at. They're starting to woRk as s team. She was very upbeat and positive. Couldn't ask for more. So proud of her and everyone in the division!

Ok! That's what the flag was for! My daughter said she scored 4. something, it was so hard to hear her at time. She also now has a cold so she sounded off :)

And i guess they got fitted for their dress blue uniforms also...So excited for them

Yes...my SR said she loved them. They looked and felt good on. She said she liked them better then the white :)

Can't wait to see them in the dress blues :o)  Only 5 more weeks!

Yes got my letter yesterday. He still sounds great. Said they will be stating "Hell Week" today. He said he can't believe they are already half way through. Got all of his uniforms. I can't wait to see him in them.

got a letter today!! woo hoo!!!  He is saying that he flies out for A school in Pensacola, FL around 1- 2 am??  anybody know what airport they usually fly out of?  I have a couple of hotels booked, just in case-I asked him to let me know ASAP.  He also sent 3 letters for me to distribute because of a lack of envelopes.  I have 8 pre stamped envelopes going in the mail tomorrow.!  4 Fridays!!!   Woot!!!

Got a letter too! They just started hell week. I sure hope the letters I mailed out to my daughter earlier in the week will keep her feeling positive. Anyone from GA with their SRs last name start with an Ev? I'm sure she said her rack mate was from GA.

Looking for the loved ones of SR Gunn-my son said he is a cousin of one of his besties-Bubb! in his division ship 12 div 424.  Any takers?
