Welcome to the discussion group for divisions 367 & 368.

These two divisions are brother divisions and will be training together from the beginning through BS21 their final test. Your SRs, soon to be SAILORS, are becoming friends, and some of them may be heading to A School together.

Get to know each other, your SRs are!

Please still use the Main Wall of the PIR Group to post questions, and concerns, we “veteran” moms don’t always get to into the discussion area as often as we would like.

Every single question that is asked is important
Every single concern is genuine
Every single member is important to us
We don't want to accidentally overlook any of them or you.

Hang in there!!!

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at graduation :)

Me too!

Hi everyone. I'm going to put myself out on a limb here. I think this website is a wonderful support group. I do feel a bit anxious, if you will, to truly join in on the discussions. I do not have a son or daughter in bootcamp. I do have a fiance in this division. But. I am a female. And she is a female. Unfortunately there aren't alot of support groups for gay military members. So I thought I would introduce myself. Hi!

Mazzyhopefan: Its great to hear from you :) I'm very proud that you have spoken up it shows a lot of courage :) I will be more than happy to help support you through this really hard time :) Ive found a lot of supporting people on this site :) My husband and I love helping people and making them feel welcome :) I hope your fiance has got to meet my husband up there :)

Hey Mazzy! Which ship and division is your fiance in? I'm wondering if she may be with mine! And join in with us...no discriminating here! I look forward to seeing you at PIR :)

We are all in this together no mater what > i will be there if you need to talk

Hello Mazzy,

I also don't have a son/daughter in bootcamp. I talk about the site alot and I always say, "It's not just for moms!" I'm so excited about these groups! It's been really hard with no contact. My husband and I have only been married for a few months but we've been together for 11 years and never gone more than 2 days without talking.  I'm so happy to have people who are not only going through the same separation to talk to! I hope you're doing well!

Mazzyhopefan, I just sent you a friend request! I am here supporting my husband and both of us are very supportive of equal rights and equality for everyone in our country...I mean that's what our military is ultimately doing, right? I am very excited to get to know everyone in this group so we can all celebrate together when PIR day arrives! ~ Symone

Thanks bocaestupida!!! Have you already booked your tickets yet? Her family and myself want to book by today or tomorrow, I just really hope she graduates on time, because we can't afford the non refundable tickets. I will be taking our son along as a suprise, she has no idea. I sooo excited!

We are going to be driving there from PA, but I did book a hotel already (although I am thinking now that maybe I should cancel and book it at the same hotel as more of you guys??) I will be bringing our two kids and I believe my husband's mom, dad and sister are coming (and maybe some more people since it looks like extras might get in!) That is so awesome that you're surprising her with your son! How old is he? Our kids are 8 and 5, a boy and a girl.

Hey everyone :) Just saying hello! My fiance is on ship 14, div 368....to anyone who has someone with him I just wanted to say hello and hope to see you at PIR :) I look forward to seeing you all very soon...we're slowly getting there!

Hi Juliette. Yes slowly lol. Two more weeks, and we will be at the half way point.
