WELCOME TO PIR 11/09/2012!

OPSEC OPerational SECurity, is always of the utmost importance. Please take the time
to read the OPSEC and Community Guidelines. A quick note here: Last Names of Sailors/Recruits are not allowed on this site. If it is in your username you will need to change your username. If yours is different from your Recruits it is still not recommended. First Names and pictures of your Recruit are allowed but remember someone can easily match them up with their "mom". So you might want to consider changing your profile picture to not include your Recruit at least for the duration of BC. It is also a good idea to make your settings for your Profile Page "viewable only to your friends".

1proudmomma -  (and everyone!)

This is a response I wrote on my BLOG that has the BC Questionnaire in it:

Oooooo...mystical ninja's.

A ninja is a mythical being(s) that dresses all in black and goes around at night and plays pranks on SR.

If he can get away with it.

If not...IT!!!!

But they are just a myth ;-), if you get my drift!

Sharks are another form of punishment.

SR's lay on the floor, wave there arms and legs like they are swimming and repeat, "Please don't eat me Mr. Sharky...Seaman Recruits don't taste so good!"

Over the course of time this could be changed to,"Please don't eat me Mr. Sharky. I'm a dumb@$$."

In addition the RDC's are sometimes called "Sharks" and their office the "Shark" tank.

I meant changed MY username so I wouldn't accidently (or on purpose, LOL) embarrass my SR.

Yes so excited. Still have moments of fear that some "mishap" will delay the plan, working hard on faith here, anyone have SR who is deals with the mail? My SR said he made friends with the mail PO.

JH4JH:  Lots of inspections during bootcamp, especially during training week 4.'

1proudmomma:  Sharks is an exercise punishment.  You lie on your belly, lift legs, arms, heads and "swim" and sing a song:  Swimming swimming, up and down the stream,  merrily merrily merrily merrily life is but a dream!

My son was there a long time ago so he doesn't remember doing ninjas.  I bet FTLW, Lala or ellen would know that one.
