ladypinkhatter- I know what a terrible feeling that is "trust me" although Kay never said I want to come home or she hated it. She was just home sick, remind her that in a few short days (do not make mention of weeks they know this already) she can have a phone and call you when ever she wants.

Today mine called (daughter) and was mad that I did not answer since I was at work. She had text me at 6 this morn, I spoke to her at 8 and now she gets mad. lol They really have a hard time the first few weeks. We feel it way more than the pappa's. Well my husband has now said if Kyle calls and is crying again, he can not talk to him, this is too hard on him. Kay worked him over and I saw an emotionless man break. Ahh I thank her for that! He is now a much better dad. She called him and yelled at him about my being at work lol.
(she has dry socket and is on Percoset so not making a lot of sense right now)

Momma you have it in you to be her biggest support, you will do it and she will se that she is so much stronger than she ever thought. Your heart is gonna break many times in the next few years, deployment, marriage, and births. This is just a beginning to what we all know is "our babies growing up", they are still lost and need to find a way in this world.

Good for you on the encouragement. I am a proud momma and I am proud of everyone of my sisters who are on this ride. We will be the greatest moms in the end you watch and see.

I got a phone call from my recruit just now! It was so good to hear her voice. She was crying, said she didn't like it there and emotions going up and down but I stayed strong and encouraging just like you ladies said I should.

Glad you found them Sharon- the only email I have from you is from yesterday when you asked how to order the ribbons. So if you sent one after that I didn't get it. Send it again please :)

Everyone please remember when you send your payment for the ribbons please include your screen name, Sailors name and PIR date with the payment. It helps me find your order and mark it paid must faster :-) Thanks

@Lala, where did you post the photos of the ribbons the other day. I am trying to find them and can't. I want our son's girlfriend to see them. Also, did you receive my E-mail that I sent earlier. Something happened when I sent it and I am not sure that it went through to you. Thanks!
