Hi all,
No grad pack today for me, but tomorrow WE WILL ALL GET LETTERS!!!! We should be getting the packs by Friday. I check the around and seems most moms get it by the 4th Friday before PIR, that would be this Friday. Fingers crossed.

Janet - I know how you feel, it stinks. I missed my son's call twice. I wouldn't take my eyes off the phone for a week. Once you speak to him again, it will be fine, hang in there. And, congratulation on the honor! Nancy

Cari,
Anthony said it was not very good. A lot of the recruits in his division were sick. They got one hour sleep the first night, but have been getting plenty since then. Food is not really to his liking, but I expect they are not starving. He told me they have 2 bathrooms, but only use part of one of them, so they don't have to clean too much. He said there was about 70 guys in his division. Of course, 70 guys couldn't be expected to properly clean 2 bathrooms!! lol

CM,
Thanks, I got a good laugh from your comment about the tonsil correction!! Your fingers were more like in outer space!!! Hope your son is feeling great by now. What a super nice mate, to call you and let you know.

Hi Janet,
Love the count down clock! Now I can stop using my fingers ;-)
From what I had read it should be about a week before the PIR - then we get a call and that is when their PIR date is definite (hopefully all of them!)!!.

Hi Rebecca,
You are welcome, but as you can see I have been replaced by modern technology!

Linda,
Sorry things aren't going great for your husband. Hope and pray the next next procedure will go smoothly. I am sure you will be getting lots of prayers from the moms (while they are praying for their sons and daughters).

Tina,
Remember Monday was a holiday - don't let the mailman see you stalking him.

Hope everyone who is waiting gets there phone call one real soon,
Take care all, Nancy

According to my son division 007 got to write yesterday (Sunday). I would think that would means (I hope) that they all got to write. But with today being a holiday we probably won't see anything in our mailboxes until at least Thursday or Friday. Oh, and he said they get mail delivered to them Monday through Friday. Hang in there, it has got to get better!!
