OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility.

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

i would suggest something HOT, drink something nice and hot. I am a sissy southern girl who is at this moment thawing out the icecubes hanging from her nose. In an hour or so i should be able to feel my toes again.

well i am here, may take on the front gates armed with snowballs in the am, that is if there is enough snow, or if i can slide down there, one or the other. It really makes it difficult when you dont get a phone call, however I now know from experience, difficult to speak of on here, but I NOW KNOW from experience they have to sign papers of confidentialty about BS, Child made that VERY VERY VERY clear to me saturday on the phone. He could not even tell me what other division he was with. if we all make it thru these next 36 hours or so, we will have certainly accomplished something.

that being said, i will put my coat, shoes etc BACK on to walk a half a mile to have a smoke! love you all bbl!
