FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET STARTED:

Choose your Username.  For the privacy and safety of you and/or your sailor, NO LAST NAMES ARE ALLOWED, even if your last name differs from that of your sailor (please make sure your URL address does not include your last name either).  Also, please do not include your email address in your user name. Go to "Settings" above to set your Username.  While there, complete your Profile so you can post and share photos and videos of your Sailor and share stories with other moms!

Make sure to read our Community Guidelines and this Navy Operations Security (OPSEC) checklist - loose lips sink ships!

Join groups!  Browse for groups for your PIR date, your sailor's occupational specialty, "A" school, assigned ship, homeport city, your own city or state, and a myriad of other interests. Jump in and introduce yourself!  Start making friends that can last a lifetime.

OPSEC - Navy Operations Security

Always keep Navy Operations Security in mind.  In the Navy, it's essential to remember that "loose lips sink ships."  OPSEC is everyone's responsibility. 

DON'T post critical information including future destinations or ports of call; future operations, exercises or missions; deployment or homecoming dates.  

DO be smart, use your head, always think OPSEC when using texts, email, phone, and social media, and watch this video: "Importance of Navy OPSEC."

if it is as cold as they say it will be , they will be popsicles before they get to the end of the pier! i have been there once before, would love to take David out there, but dont think that will happen.

i hate a coat, was cold today here, i am thinking heavy on the layers too. My mom asked me this weekend, well are you gonna get a coat! I looked at her and said I have one! She would die if I walked in with HD jacket on.

i will be coming home to warmer weather, shoot i dont even own a coat. well except the thing I wear when we ride the bike.

the funny part is IF he doesnt like it, then how can anyone else!!! then something live chicken livers he will try his best to MAKE me taste them. I just look at him and say, you the man who will not touch something green, wants me to eat a chicken organ!!!!! i love chicken, but I hate liver!
